Paul Walker’s Cause Of Death Revealed

Paul Walker’s Cause Of Death Revealed

Paul Walker's death confirmed
Since the tragic death of Paul Walker many have speculated the initial cause of his death. Now it’s being reported that the L.A. County Coroner’s Office has completed their examination via dental records for both Walker, and his friend, Roger Rodas, who was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT.
The L.A. County Coroner’s Office has released a statement in regards to the tragic crash that took the lives of actor Paul Walker, and his friend, Roger Rodas. Walker, 40, passed away due to a “combination of traumatic and thermal injuries.”
According to the statement, Walker did not die by the impact of the crash, and is believed to have been alive for a few seconds. It’s said that ultimately the fire caused by the impact was the cause of death. In the case of Roger Rodas, 38, the driver died on impact from severe injuries, and fire was not listed as a factor in his death.
It’s said that toxicology results will not be in for the two men until six to eight weeks, although the Medical Examiner has ruled that the deaths of Walker and his friend were accidental.
As for the event surrounding the accident, the two men were winding down after a charity event for Walker’s ROWW organization when they decided to take the red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT out for a test drive. According to Walker and Rodas’ mutual friend, Jim Torp, the two were not drag racing and were testing out a problem with the car that the two were trying to diagnose.
Shortly they left the garage, tragedy struck. According to Torp, smoke was visible from Always Evolving Performance Motors, which was the shop Rodas owned, and is around the corner from the crash site. Although many of their friends tried to get them out of the car, there was nothing that could be done. In addition, initial reports that said Walker’s 15-year-old daughter Meadow was on site at the time are false.
Paul Walker’s family has made an official statement on his public Facebook that has amassed to 12 million likes:
“Paul Walker’s family appreciates the outpouring of love and goodwill from his many fans and friends. They have asked, in lieu of flowers or other gifts, that donations please be made to Paul’s charity Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW). Donations can easily be made through their website at http://www.ROWW.org/.”

HTC One M8 Release In March? New Case Design Leaked Early

HTC One M8 Release In March? New Case Design Leaked Early

htc one m8, htc one, htc one two, htc two
The HTC One M8 (or HTC One Two or HTC Two) release is predicted to be announced next month at the Mobile World Congress event. Many believe the successor to the HTC One phone is coming by March.
Rumors concerning the HTC One M8, the top secret sounding design name for the next generation HTC phone, have been swirling since some of the specs for the new phone were leaked in November. The HTC One M8 is expected to feature a much upgraded camera. While many consumers loved the feel and design of the android run HTC One, they were largely disappointed in the weak camera.
Fans of the HTC One have nothing to fear with the new model. It is expected to reveal a 1440 x 2560 pixel (QHC) resolution display. The new case design that has been leaked to multiple media outlets also shows a second cutout for what appears to either be a secondary eyesight for a camera or a space for index finger print scanning. There are a number of questions regarding that second hole. It is very possible the HTC One M8 will feature twin UltraPixel cameras to improve autofocus, image quality, and depth of focus.
Also expected to be announced in February for the March release is a five inch screen. The larger display (probably not wraparound in case you were wondering) will have a 1080 HD display. But more than aesthetic upgrades are coming with the HTC One M8. Anchored by the Qualcomm snapdragon processor, possibly 3 GB of RAM, and running KitKat, the HTC One M8 is sure to be back in the mix for best handset.

iPhone 5s Data Usage Is Higher Than Any Tablet

iPhone 5s Data Usage Is Higher Than Any Tablet

iPhone 5s Data
iPhone 5s users sure like their phones — and their data plans apparently. In the most recent study by JDSU, a technologies company dedicated to improving optical networking worldwide, they found that iPhone 5s data usage is the highest of any device. Ever. They even use more mobile data than any tablet on the market.
Apple products are no strangers to using high amounts of mobile data. In fact, an iPhone has been at the top of the annual study since 2010. Originally, the study only looked at 3G devices, but even then the iPhone 4 dominated the data market.
With iPhone 6 rumors swirling all over the internet, this news has to make Apple investors happy. The implications are that Apple’s flagship handset device, the iPhone 5s is being used more regularly by its customers than any other device. But the report revealed much more than that.
iPhone 5s data usage was 20 percent higher than the previous iPhone 5 and seven times higher than the iPhone 3G. Let that sink in for a moment. iPhone 5s users are sucking down 4G/LTE data so fast that.1 percent of users account for over half of the entire data usage.
Tablets on the other hand only saw two devices in the top ten. The most data hungry tablet? Apple’s fourth generation iPad. Interestingly, the iPad mini has shown to consume very little data. All of this usage on mobile handsets has market strategists wondering, what’s next?
Some of the high data usage can be chalked up to the constant release of new products. Call it the Christmas syndrome. With the release of a new flagship phone every year, Apple started a trend that other producers, like Samsung with their Galaxy series, have picked up on. On Christmas, children can not wait to play with all their new toys. The release of phones has created the same mentality, but in adults. Upon purchasing their brand new iPhone 5s, consumers are using large amounts of data. But what the amount of data usage is not going down over time.
“The faster the speeds that mobile operators provide, the more consumers swallow it up and demand more,” said Michael Flanagan, CTO of Mobility for the Network and Service Enablement business segment of JDSU and author of the study. “One would expect a honeymoon period in which early adopters test their toys. But for 4G users to consistently exhibit behaviour 10 times more extreme than 3G users well after launch constitutes a seismic shift in the data landscape. This has important ramifications for future network designs.”
A common phrase used now in the world of data usage and networking is “extreme users”. 4G users of the major phone brands are quickly becoming labeled in studies like the one performed by JDSU. It can only leave consumers guessing how data providers will begin dealing with the potential issue of stressed networks. Charging extreme users more? Creating special extreme user hotspots? Only time will tell.

Selena Gomez Cancels Shows In Asia, Australia To Become A Better Person

Selena Gomez Cancels Shows In Asia, Australia To Become A Better Person

Selena Gomez Cancels Tour

Selena Gomez recently cancelled several shows in Australia and Asia.
Although the Spring Breakers star was originally scheduled to make several appearances in the regions early next year, reports surfaced that Gomez is currently in desperate need of a little “me” time. According to Billboard, the singer announced the cancellation of these upcoming dates on Friday (December 20).
To help ease their collective pain, Selena Gomez dropped an official statement on her legion of disappointed alongside the announcement. Although the singer gives everyone a good reason for the cancellation, chances are there are quite a few people shaking their angry fists in the air right about now.
Gomez explained:
“My fans are so important to me and I would never want to disappoint them,” comments Gomez in a statement issued by promoter Live Nation. “But it has become clear to me and those close to me that after many years of putting my work first, I need to spend some time on myself in order to be the best person I can be. To my fans, I sincerely apologize and I hope you guys know how much each and every one of you mean to me.”
AAP reports that Live Nation will fully refund tickets for those fans who’d already planned to catch Selena Gomez during her tour. Unfortunately, those unhappy individuals may not receive their money right away due to delays associated with the upcoming holidays. In other words, expect a mild insult to your musical injury.
In addition to scrapping tour dates in Australia, the singer also nixed shows in Japan, China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. It’s currently unknown if she intends to reschedule the canceled performances in these regions at some point next year.

What do you think about Selena Gomez canceling shows in Asia and Australia?

IF you are an inventor or you just started your buisness then you must read this 'When should you contact a patent attorney'?

When should you contact a patent attorney?

Patent attorneys (also known as patent agents) help companies, universities and individual inventors protect their intellectual property rights. Intellectual property is any original creative idea in the form of manufactured items, machines, processes or chemical compounds [source: Dillon]. A patent is a form of legal protection issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, part of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Patents differ from trademarks -- words, names or symbols used to identify the source of a product or service -- andcopyright, which protects "original works of authorship" like movies, songs, books and plays [source: USPTO].
Anyone can apply for a patent, but that doesn't mean that everyone should. The patent application process is very complex. To get an idea of what the process entails, read a few of the patent applications on the Google Patent Search. A successful patent application must not only describe the invention in great detail, but explain exactly what this invention would exclude other people from doing without permission of the patent holder [source: Dillon]. If you think you have a truly original, useful idea for a product or service -- particularly if that idea is technologically complex -- you should definitely contact a patent attorney.
Patent attorneys perform two important legal services: prosecution and litigation. Prosecution is their name for the patent application process, and litigation refers to the enforcement of existing patents through patent infringement cases [source: Herman]. You should also contact a patent attorney if you want to license your patent to another company or individual. Patent attorneys know the specialized contracts and terms of licensing agreements well. If someone accuses you of infringing upon their patent or using it without a license, you should contact a patent attorney to defend you.
A regular attorney can't fill in for a patent attorney. Patent attorneys are licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). They typically hold undergraduate or graduate degrees in engineering. This helps when determining if your invention constitutes an original, useful idea in your specific technical field or industry. Patent attorneys are also required to pass a second state bar exam -- called the patent bar -- before they can practice [source: Herman].
Before you contact a patent attorney, do a simple search to make sure that no one else has already patented your idea. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a searchable online database for both existing patents and pending patent applications.

Methodology
This chart is based upon PayScale Salary Survey data for full-time employees in the United States who possess a bachelor's degree and no higher degrees and have majored in the subjects listed above. These results may not represent all graduates with these degrees. More than 1,000 colleges and universities across the U.S. were included. As a result, median salary figures may be skewed toward large state universities, since these schools have the largest attendance. Salary is the sum of compensation from base salary, bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and overtime, if applicable. Salary does not include equity (stock) compensation.
